OVERVIEW


Security analysts are responsible for providing security solutions for our company. The main duties include doing research, collecting data, developing secure strategies, and maximizing productivity. They also oversee implementing security principles while following strict privacy policies. They conduct assessments of overall security posture of the company. 


Systems Engineer responsible for monitoring the availability of hardware, software, and 24/7 website infrastructure. Duties include problem analysis, resolution, and escalation when hardware and software infrastructure resources are unavailable or performing unsatisfactorily and impacting business processes. Position requires hands on troubleshooting support and experience in Windows 10, Windows server 2012, Windows SQL Server 2014. 

Senior Security engineer 
5+ years’ experience in the privacy and/or HIPAA compliance field • Experience working with information protection resources /IT functions • Strong understanding of insurance-related and data protection laws required • Self-starter with proven ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a high paced environment • Strong analytical, planning, and problem solving skills • Ability to identify problems, spot issues, and propose creative and effective solutions • Strong decision making capabilities • Excellent ability to communicate; strong written and oral communication skills and ability to provide guidance on complex matters in a clear and concise manner • Ability to present sound, persuasive rationale for ideas or opinions • Ability to quickly adjust to presenting priorities • Team player with positive attitude 



Security Analyst/ Engineer 

Serve as the primary privacy and information protection subject matter expert. • Represent the voice of the data protection/privacy stakeholders, managing stakeholder needs and requests. • Maintain multiple security operational policies and plans, and test regularly. • Work closely with the CSO on development and implementation of policies to address security issues • Maintain current knowledge of applicable data protection laws and regulations, and monitor advancements in best practices • Assist with the development/implementation of corrective action plans for mitigation of privacy and data protection risk, and provide general guidance on how to mitigate such risk • Review daily and periodic data to identify, report, and remedy vulnerabilities • Manage the process to determine root cause of incidents • Provide forensics expertise for security incidents and investigations 

System Engineer 
Installation and configuration Microsoft SQL 2014 Servers 
• Maintain Microsoft SQL 2014 Servers log shipping, or other redundant solutions 
• Administration of Office 365 
• Monitoring of server logs 
• Monitoring security device logs 
• Backup of system files and business data 
• Maintaining system-related documentation, policies, and procedures 
• Configuration and management of network services (i.e. DNS, DHCP, IIS, etc.) 
• Managing network devices – Juniper SRX and Citrix Netscaler 
• Setting permissions on network resources 
• Troubleshooting network communication issues, network services, and end user network connectivity 
• Troubleshooting server hardware and software issues 
• Troubleshooting end-user application issues 
• Upgrading server hardware

System Engineer 
• A passion for all things IT. 
• A minimum 5-7 years Microsoft Windows server and SQL server experience. 
• A willingness to learn and grow in a fast moving high demanding environment. 
• Experience working with linux servers (debian is a plus). 
• Experience working with Server Virtualization with Windows Server Hyper-V. 
• Powershell, IDS experience, FTP server experience, PGP experience is a plus.
