OVERVIEW

This position will support and assist training managers in the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning solutions. The position will also support and assist in administrative and maintenance activities required by the team. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1. Assist in the design, development, deployment and measurement of training solutions. 
2. Update and troubleshoot existing training courses, both elearning and instructor-led, using various design tools. 
3. Create and manage team SharePoint sites and tracking tools using Microsoft Office products. 
4. Upload, test, and troubleshoot content using SuccessFactors LMS. 
5. Provide administrative support for required forms in the course creation and assignment process. 
5. Provide logistical support and coordination for instructor-led training and other live sessions. 

DETAILS

1. Bachelors degree required. 
2. Degree or formal training in learning, training/instructional design methodologies and change management required, preferably through ATD, Langevin or other recognized training education organizations. 
3. Proficiency in elearning development applications, specifically Articulate Storyline, Trivantis Lectora, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Adobe Captivate. 
4. Strong experience with SuccessFactors LMS. 
5. Expert at Microsoft applications, specifically Excel, Access, and SharePoint. 
5. Excellent customer service, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills 
6. Ability to work independently and to adapt to change 
7. Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills
