We are currently hiring a Network Project Manager with extensive customer relationship management experience. Candidate will be responsible for providing complex customer support, ensuring customer service assurance support, and leading the service delivery for company's large business customers.
A large portion of this role is centered on Relationship Management.  Candidate will serve as customer advocate, establish a network with maintenance work centers, manage suppliers, engage the appropriate technical resources, manage the escalation process, and provide status to the customer.  Additionally, they will develop, maintain and grow business relationships with internal and external customers and provide service performance management and reporting by providing overall management for Complex Maintenance Issues.  
The Network PM will be the communications link between company, Customer & Local Access Providers, and supply performance reporting, including incident specific analysis.  It will be their responsibility to ensure successful implementations without negative impact to our customer and to practice proactive scheduled stewardship, setting clear customer expectations, driving adoption of electronic tools, and providing clarity on internal process expectations.  
They will lead communications with customer through detailed discussions of relevant issues, impacts and solutions and work to identify and communicate business impacts to customer as it may relate to provisioning, billing, maintenance, etc.  Candidate will identify recurring or chronic problems and develop action plans, provide service assurance process and operation structures and perform testing and database system support.  Candidate will provide focus and customer support for chronic troubled conditions via detailed analysis of historical data, real time testing and interaction at various levels both within company and with the customer


  • Five or more years provisioning, billing, ordering, and/or maintenance experience
  • Five or more years of service delivery experience across all product lines
  • Extensive Customer Care Experience
  • Process knowledge of Central Office, Engineering, Technical Support and outside plant facilities
  • Private Line products and Voice Technologies including systems, processes and troubleshooting practices
  • Experience working with Large Global Customers
  • Project Management Experience
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience provisioning circuits, ordering routers/switches via 3rd party suppliers
  • Intermediate-Advanced Excel - Must have ability to work with pivot tables & vlookup
  • Manage multiple high priority tasks within short timelines
  • MS Project 
  • PMP certification 
  • Project Management large complex network technical projects with a fortune 500 company
  • Solve complex business and technical problems 
  • Telco wireless

  • Network Design, implementation and management of Large LAN/WAN infrastructure
  • Experience supporting local and long distance network topology; service assurance process & operational structures; service assurance ticket, testing & database systems
  • Technical Network support: Private Line Data, SONET, HSPS, Local and Long Distance voice services
  • Knowledge and experience with all Legacy-T High Speed Packet Service (HSPS) products
  • Background in Service Management
