Your Responsibilities:
- Partner with a Director of Technical Services and two other dairy nutritionists to support a high-performing sales team of nine reps.
- Build and maintain relationships with influential nutrition consulting groups and feed manufacturers across the country.
- Provide technical expertise to maximize opportunities for a variety of cutting-edge products.
- Engage in 50% overnight travel, showcasing leadership and enthusiasm in a fast-paced environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Educational Background: PhD in Dairy Nutrition.
- Experience: At least 7 years in technical support, with a proven track record of collaboration.
- Network: Strong relationships within the dairy industry, including consultants and influencers.
- Willingness to Travel: This role has national overnight travel at 50%
- Hands-On Expertise: Preferably experience writing rations and consulting on farms.
- Leadership Aspirations: Desire to grow into a team leader role and help shape the company's future.
