What You'll Do

You'll be the go-to advisor for producers-not just a product rep. Your job is to understand each farm's unique challenges and provide solutions that move the needle. Sometimes that's a simple tweak. Sometimes it's bringing in a company expert. Sometimes it's simply listening and responding with care. Your goal: improve your customers' bottom line, one farm at a time.

What We're Looking For
Your background might be in ruminant nutrition, agronomy, or genetics. More important is who you are:

 - A genuine understanding of dairy production and how farms work
 - Strong communication and sales abilities-especially relationship-building
 - A BS degree in a relevant field
 - Willingness to travel locally, with occasional overnights
