What You'll Do
Learn and represent a robust line of agricultural products and services
80% in the field meeting with existing customers, 20% office planning/administration
Understand each customer's goals, challenges, and operations
Provide tailored recommendations to decision-makers
Collaborate with in-house technical experts to solve customer problems
Build strong relationships, becoming a trusted advisor and friend
Expand the territory by networking and prospecting new business
Help customers improve efficiency and profitability
