KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER - U.S. POULTRY / BROILER
 
Contribute to the continued growth and drive successful market penetration for a privately held, U.S.-based specialty ingredient company that is positioned for growth! Be the driving force to achieve sales & profitability goals. Monitor market trends, develop relationships with key decision-makers, and sell deeper into existing customers while leveraging your market knowledge and poultry production expertise to penetrate mid-to-large-sized integrators, feed mills, and livestock growers, with a focus on the Southeast to the Eastern Shore (USA).
 
In this role, you will:
Develop and execute account plans.
Find ways to articulate/educate / position products within an organization
Collaborate with internal teams & Leadership to tailor solutions to customers' needs
Customer-focused: plan, organize, and follow thru on projects, visit with customers
Help drive direction of the business. Lead further market penetration (multi-species)
Build and nurture long-term relationships. Maintain and generate sales with existing key accounts
Maintain sales & account records; contribute to process improvements
Enhance sales strategies, products, and programs to maximize profits

Work closely with Leadership & Upper Management on pricing and to articulate business decisions
Translate on-farm results & market insight into actionable business innovation
Develop relationships with decision makers & influencers; sell deeper into existing customers
Resolve customer issues - facilitate trials - and support product development opportunities
Attend trade shows, scientific forums/industry meetings/seminars
Travel: 40 to 60%
