A family-owned pork outfit seeks a Wean-to-Finish Manager for their South Dakota operations.
THE ROLE
The Wean-to-Finish Service Manager will direct and lead a team of contract growers and company-employed staff to ensure successful swine production in your territory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schedule responsibilities and ensure standard operating procedures are implemented for all locations in your territory
Develop plans and identify opportunities to improve success and efficiency
Ensure that reporting for plans and results are accurate and regularly done.
Work closely with fellow management team members to review and ensure continued success for current and future production partners.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Experience in Wean-to-Finish field management with effective leadership experience and relationship building skills
