To qualify, candidates must
- Live within 40 minutes of Seneca County, NY
- Have prior agricultural experience (such as farm hand, AI sales, herd manager, crop sales, etc.)
- Possess a basic understanding of the dairy industry
- Be friendly, supportive, and customer-oriented
- Be organized to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Have excellent communication and analytical skills
- Critical thinking for problem-solving with minimal guidance.
- High school diploma, BS preferred
