The Leader will provide leadership and direction to a team of 60 indirect and 5 direct reports in a 24/7 operation in Wicomico County, MD, improving its efficiency and productivity to ensure profitability,
The role you will play:
- Train and develop the staff to meet the needs of the business.
- Oversee 60 associates with 5 direct reports
- Provide Leadership for safety programs to ensure safe working conditions
- Compliance with all local, state, and federal requirements.
- Ensure the safety and legality of manufactured product.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal requirements for environmental programs
- Manage production and operations to ensure maximum equipment and personnel utilization.
- Collaborate with the Technical Superintendent to execute operational tasks and preventative maintenance.
