HSS is seeking a Front of House Manager for our client in Casper, WY.

Position Summary
The Front of House Manager plays a key role in leading and inspiring our FOH team—including servers, bartenders, hosts, and supervisors—to provide top-tier service and keep operations running smoothly. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll be responsible for cultivating a positive culture, driving guest satisfaction, and achieving financial goals, all while ensuring the restaurant is clean, safe, and inviting. What You'll Do
- Create and maintain a fun, guest-focused restaurant culture.
- Drive sales and guest satisfaction by leading service excellence and resolving issues quickly.
- Hire, train, and develop FOH staff to ensure professional growth and strong team performance.
- Build schedules that balance labor budgets with guest service needs.
- Model a positive, teamwork-driven attitude that energizes the FOH team.
- Uphold health, safety, and security standards for guests, employees, and operations.
- Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service standards.
- Jump in where needed to keep service flowing seamlessly.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of progressive management experience in a full-service restaurant.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong business acumen with knowledge of budgets, labor costs, and operations.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel) and restaurant POS systems.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Exceptional decision-making, communication, and guest service skills.
- A sense of urgency and presence that motivates teams during peak service.
- Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
