HSS is currently seeking an experienced Director of Food & Beverage for our client located in the Chicago, Hoffman Estates area.
Description:
The Director of Food & Beverage is the strategic business leader for all property food & beverage and culinary operations, including restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, and catering. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to meet guest expectations, improve service quality, drive financial results, and ensure compliance with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Setting performance goals for the Food & Beverage leadership team and monitoring results.
* Overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with Marriott brand standards.
* Managing budgets, reviewing financial performance, and ensuring profitability.
* Leading, coaching, and developing F&B leaders and staff to drive engagement and performance.
* Enhancing guest satisfaction by analyzing feedback, resolving concerns, and creating innovative service experiences.
* Staying current with industry trends to introduce new concepts, improve offerings, and drive revenue growth.
* Participating in executive-level strategic planning and ensuring department goals align with property objectives.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma/GED plus 6+ years of experience in food & beverage, culinary, or event management; OR
* Associate degree in Hospitality, Food Service Management, or Business plus 4+ years of related experience.
* Strong leadership, financial management, and customer service skills required.
Compensation
The pay range for this position is $90,000 annually.
This range represents the minimum and maximum pay that Hospitality Staffing Solutions reasonably and in good faith believes it will pay for this role at the time of posting.
