HSS is currently seeking an experienced Chief Engineer for our client located in the Chicago, Hoffman Estates area
Description:
The Kitchen Manager is responsible for leading daily operations, upholding exceptional service standards, and ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably. This role calls for a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate and guide a team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and support all team members during shifts to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain food quality, accuracy, and service speed in line with brand standards.
Create and manage employee schedules while monitoring labor costs.
Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Ensure the restaurant remains clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Assist with inventory control, cash management, and daily operational reporting.
Recruit, train, and coach employees to promote growth and consistent performance.
Support and execute marketing initiatives, limited-time offers, and upselling programs.
Communicate daily priorities, goals, and expectations clearly with the team.
