HSS Is seeking a Sales Manager  for our client that has a Property in Lebanon, OH area. 
 
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, local businesses, and group accounts. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, increasing hotel occupancy, and supporting overall sales strategies to maximize revenue.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase occupancy, ADR, and overall hotel revenue.
  • Identify and secure new business from corporate accounts, group bookings, and local organizations.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Conduct sales calls, networking events, and site tours to promote the hotel.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage group bookings, ensuring accurate details and smooth execution.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure successful delivery of guest experiences for group and corporate clients.
  • Track sales activities, maintain account records, and prepare sales reports and forecasts.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Represent the hotel at local business events, trade shows, and community networking functions.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hotel sales experience, preferably in a select-service or Marriott-branded property.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and sales goals.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems, hotel sales software, and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of the local market and business community is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.


Compensation

The pay range for this position is $75K-100K annually.
This range represents the minimum and maximum pay that Hospitality Staffing Solutions reasonably and in good faith believes it will pay for this role at the time of posting.

Additional Compensation may include discretionary annual bonus
