- Functional Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA-Rise & Grow and SAP AMS offerings, with additional experience in SAP Cloud applications (e.g., SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, LeanIX, Signavio, Sustainability solutions).
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in SAP functionality, implementation processes, and best practices. Skilled at translating complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Language Skills: Fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and spoken communication capabilities.
- Client Engagement: Strong interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with both business and technical stakeholders.
- SMB Expertise: In-depth understanding of the unique needs of SMBs, with experience supporting their SAP implementation and transformation journeys will be a plus

- Delivery Models: Significant experience with global delivery models, including onshore, near-shore, and offshore approaches.
