Job Description
Stefanini is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior IAM Security Analyst to join our Cyber Security Services Tower within the Infrastructure Services (INFRA) Division. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual eager to grow their career in Identity and Access management (IAM) while supporting the security of our enterprise systems, data, and applications.
The Senior IAM Security Analyst will play a key role in assisting with the implementation and management of IAM solutions to ensure that our organization's identity and access management processes are secure and efficient. This role will focus on supporting authentication, authorization, and identity governance frameworks while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and security best practices.
Success in this role requires analytical skills, a solid technical foundation, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support security initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Support IAM Strategies: Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive strategies for identity and access management.
- Integrate Identity Solutions: Help facilitate the integration of identity solutions across both cloud and on-premises environments.
- Enhance User Access Controls: Aid in the strengthening of user access controls to minimize security risks.
- Develop Security Frameworks: Support the establishment of secure frameworks for authentication, authorization, and identity governance.
- Ensure Compliance: Assist in maintaining adherence to industry regulations and security best practices.
- Conduct Risk Assessments: Participate in identifying and mitigating potential security threats through risk assessments.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to help drive security initiatives forward.
Job Requirements
Technical requirements:
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, identity governance, and privileged access management (PAM).
- Familiarity with IAM technologies such as Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, CyberArk, or Delinea.
- Knowledge of IAM protocols including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, and SCIM for secure access management.
- Ability to contribute to the development and enforcement of IAM security policies and access controls.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, and Zero Trust Architecture.
- Basic skills in IAM-related security incident response.
- Familiarity with IAM automation, scripting, and API integrations using languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Java is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as Security+, CISSP, or IAM-specific certifications (e.g., Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk) are preferred but not required.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of conveying technical issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
- High degree of initiative, dependability, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Collaborative team player with a desire to learn and grow within the IAM field.
