Job Description
In this role, you will do financial administration, management, planning and monitoring with the dedicated client's team especially in the fixed asset domain. You will be closely working with client's ITAM planner and the IT Hardware Asset Management (for meetings room and digital signage) and Order management teams on ordering and fixed asset management.
Job Responsibilities
- Fixed asset capital expenditure project preparation globally for ~90 markets, submission, management of updates (e.g., project supplement requests), extension and termination.
- Monitoring budget and spent status, following up on open items (capitalization, goods receipt, invoice receipt etc.)
- Providing input to Finance and ITAM planner
Job Requirements/Skills:
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or IT.
- 2-3 years of experience with budgeting, planning and financial management of IT Assets
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Curious and able to learn on the fly
