This is a versatile role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing structured processes with people-centric support.
Responsibilities:
✈️ Travel Coordination
- Plan and book travel in line with approved budgets, policies, and timelines.
- Secure the most cost-effective and convenient travel options through close collaboration with travel agencies, airlines, and hotels.
- Verify travel invoices and ensure compliance with internal regulations, raising alerts on non-conformities.
- Review and refine internal travel policies and suggest improvements.
- Analyze travel costs, deliver reports, and implement cost-saving measures.
💼 Concur System Management
- Administer the Concur Travel and Expense Management System across EMEA.
- Provide user support and conduct trainings to help employees navigate the platform effectively.
- Maintain and update Concur configuration, escalate system issues, and ensure up-to-date policy materials are available.
- Generate and analyze travel-related reports and statistics to support business decisions.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in travel planning, facilities management, or administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of Concur or other travel and expense systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- High attention to detail, with a knack for optimizing processes.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments and geographies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
