We're looking for a detail-oriented Accountant who will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reports and ensuring smooth day-to-day accounting operations across our EMEA and local entities. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and issue monthly invoices in line with corporate/local standards.
- Support internal teams with billing inquiries and deliver required reports.
- Reconcile incoming payments, investigate discrepancies, and ensure AR accuracy.
- Perform monthly AR & GL reconciliations and account reviews.
- Handle supplier payments and maintain proper accounting practices.
- Contribute to financial audits, reports, and ongoing finance projects.
- Collaborate across departments to streamline accounting procedures.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in Excel, accounting ERPs, and financial systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English; other European languages are a plus.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (knowledge of US GAAP is a plus).
- Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and adapt to change.
- High integrity and commitment to confidentiality and compliance.
- International accounting experience would be a plus.
- Experience in a shared service or multinational environment is a plus.
