Job Description

In this role within the central ITAM (Information Technology Asset Management) team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely execution of the annual IT Asset Purchase Plan, managing the full lifecycle of related CAPEX projects, maintaining compliance and accuracy of our financial operations. You will collaborate closely with the client's ITAM planner, Finance department, and the IT Asset and Order Management teams to coordinate procurement activities and oversee fixed asset management.

 

Job Responsibilities 

 

  • Global CAPEX project preparation, submission, changes, updates during the life cycle of the project (e.g., project supplement requests or transfers), and closure.
  • Monitoring budget and spent status, following up on open items (capitalization, goods receipt, invoice receipt, etc.)
  • Providing input to Finance and ITAM planner
  • Oversee accruals and actuals processes, ensuring alignment with Finance and local teams.
  • Support chargeback cycles through data consolidation, validation, and system reconciliation.
  • Support the ITAM planner with lease contract signatures and related updates, asset linking, contract archiving, and cost reviews.
  • As part of the IT Asset Purchase Plan preparation and management, contribute to the creation and maintenance of the annual baseline for the yearly Hardware Refresh Program. 
  • In liaison with ITAM's Order Management team, control and coordinate the quality and timely execution of centralized orders as per the IT Asset Purchase Plan.
  • Contribute to our continuous improvement initiative with an innovative mindset to improve our toolsets and processes, such as various planning and financial trackers, SharePoint lists and reporting facilities.
  • In scope of your activities, collaborate with the Hardware Refresh Coordinator, ITAM and On-Site Support teams of Service Provider and client's IT and CAPEX teams.
  • Act, follow up and trigger activities proactively based on insights on the available data and reporting facilities.

 


 

 
Job Requirements
 

  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or IT.
  • 2-3 years of experience with budgeting, planning and financial management of IT Assets
  • Advanced MS365 portfolio skills with major focus on Excel
  • Curious and able to learn on the fly.
