EGS is seeking an Alliance Manager for Direct Hire. The Alliance Manager is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, fostering business growth, and maintaining strong relationships with assigned clients. The Alliance Manager reports to the SVP, Chief Commercial Officer, but works closely with the project management team to ensure client satisfaction and coordination. The Alliance Manager must maintain a highly interactive relationship with project management who directly support day-to-day operations for the assigned client(s). This position, in close coordination with project management, manages the overall business growth relationship with the client and serves as a key point of contact for the Company. The Alliance Manager is expected to become thoroughly knowledgeable of the governing client agreement(s) and to facilitate the execution of client and Company initiatives. The Alliance Manager is responsible for representing entire portfolio of products and services to the customers. The Alliance Manager, in close coordination with the project management team, is accountable for driving the sales process to identify customer needs and challenges and to develop and offer solutions by leveraging the expertise of corporate engineering, manufacturing, and site services. The Alliance Manager is responsible for representing entire portfolio of products and services to his/her assigned client(s).

Duties and Responsibilities
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed established annual sales goals through proactive client engagement and business development efforts.
Product and Service Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of products and services to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with client needs and the company's strategic objectives.
Solution Development: Exhibit creativity to analyze a customer's needs and develop a solution leveraging the expertise of corporate engineering, manufacturing, and site services.
Proposal Management: Prepare and submit proposals independently or with support from the corporate business development team, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Presentations: Prepare and deliver technical presentations to audiences at all organizational levels, showcasing client company's expertise and solutions.
Sales Funnel Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the sales funnel software to ensure accurate and timely tracking of sales opportunities.
Contract Negotiation: Lead or support client negotiations up to the final contract signature, working closely with the SVP, Chief Commercial Officer, project management, legal, finance, and other supporting departments.
Client Handover: Transition signed contracts to the project management team to ensure that contractual obligations are clearly understood and fulfilled.
Project Support: Provide support to the project management team, as requested, to ensure successful execution of contracts and projects resulting from signed agreements.
Issue Resolution: Provide support to the project management team, as requested, to collaborate with company stakeholders to formulate a strategy for resolution of issues in a timely and collaborative fashion
Client Relations: Position company as a trusted, solution-oriented partner through transparent, constructive, and effective communication with assigned clients.
Cross-functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in preparing for and during client interactions, ensuring all parties are aligned and well-prepared.
Client Engagement: Plan, coordinate, and facilitate client meetings to foster relationships and address client needs.
Reporting: Prepare weekly sales reports for the corporate sales team and submit additional reports as requested.
Travel: Travel to customer sites and conferences as needed, with an expectation of 25-50% travel.
Job Requirements
Education and Experience Requirements
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in the Nuclear Power industry, preferably in business development, project execution, or project management.
Knowledge of dry storage of used nuclear fuel, heat transfer equipment, small modular reactors, and high-level waste storage/transport technologies is preferred.
Proven track record of growing and expanding a company's role in supporting clients.]
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field, ideally in Mechanical Engineering or Nuclear Engineering.
Skills:
Strong business development acumen and problem-solving skills to address complex technical and commercial challenges.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and internal teams.
Proficient with MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and TEAMS.
Ability to work independently and achieve goals with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident Status.
Ability to gain and maintain unescorted access to Nuclear Power facilities.
Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time to customer sites and conferences.
