ABA Enhancement, LLC is looking for confident, humble, and compassionate employees who desire to make an impact with families touched by Autism and/or other related diagnosis.

Behavior Technicians are responsible for:

Implementing behavior intervention plans and reinforce positive behaviors in a 1:1 or group setting
Supporting families in the home, the school or the community setting on day-to-day activities
Working directly with the support of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make an impact utilizing the science of Applied Behavior Analysis
Utilizing ABA methodologies to modify self-injurious and aggressive behaviors and replace with positive and safe behaviors
Utilizing ABA methodologies to increase skill acquisition
Assisting parents with daily activities
Collecting and record data based on the clients" goals
Collaborating with clinicians, clients, parents, and other service providers including SLP, OT and PT
Requirements:

Ability to collaborate
Strong leadership skills
Motivated to make a difference
1 year of experience working with children or adults (Preffered)
Or relevant experience preferred in ABA or working with children and adults with Autism or other related disability
Ability to adapt in a ever fluid environment and think on your feet.
Ability to work and maintain a consistent schedule
Ability to lift 25lbs, and be on feet for up to 2-5 hours at a time.
Milestones

ABAE will support you in meeting the goals below in the first month
Working with support in the home and community following behavior plans
Completing ABAE 40-hour training to become a Registered Behavior Technicians
ABAE will support you in meeting the goals below in the three months
Becoming a Registered Behavior Technician
Become more competent with implementation of behavior intervention programming
Becoming fluid in documentation
Developing yourself within an engagement group within ABAE
Ability to join the Student Analyst Program with a masters or RBT certificate
Obtaining your NPI
ABAE will support you in meeting the goals below in the first year
Leading the development of new hires on becoming Registered Behavior Technicians
Becoming credentialled with several insurance funding sources
