Overview
We are seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various carpentry tasks and a keen eye for detail to deliver high-quality finishes.
Responsibilities
- Perform finish carpentry tasks such as fixture installation, door hanging, siding, and frame carpentry
- Assemble, restore, and install structures with precision and accuracy
- General handiwork
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for the field and want to learn
Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand and walk.
- Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work around dust, chemical, fumes, and wood particles.
- Use of hand tools such as saws, drills, and grinders.
- Ability to work an 8+ hour shift standing, bending, and reaching.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
