The Senior Technical Architect works with internal and external customers to develop systems to meet required business specifications. Work alongside top technology providers to craft scalable, flexible, secure, and resilient architectures to support customer growth. Work with other technical team members to support the management of the roadmap, blueprints, and high-level conceptual designs.
Responsibilities
- Own specific areas of the business from technical leadership and drive the technology vision and road
- Work with customers, product managers, and executive leadership to understand the business vision, needs, and problems and translate that into technical solutions
- Build technology frameworks, best practices, and adoption
- Provide technical guidance and direction to the development team to make sure the implementation aligns with the project needs
- Implement POCs, perform R&D activities
- Establish trusted relationships with customer technical teams and stakeholders
- Lead complex technical discussions with clients, clearly articulate options, benefits, and recommendations
- Lead technical teams to accomplish customer goals and project deliverables through the development of sound delivery strategies and planning
Qualifications
- BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering with applicable experience
- 10+ years of implementation experience, across the full software development lifecycle
- 5+ years of working experience as a technical lead or a technical architect or a solution architect
- Previous experience with large-scale project implementations and driving solutions
- Exposure to a broad set of technologies and implementation patterns
- Expert-level understanding of cloud solutions, web services, and integration architecture
- Working knowledge of at least one of the integration tools like Mulesoft, Del Boomi etc.
- Good understanding of the emerging technology landscape.
