Account Manager/Field Sales Rep

Job description
If you'd like to work with an established, solid customer base, and NOT have to spend your days cold-
calling businesses from the same office week in and week out, this could be a really nice opportunity to
consider. You would continue long-term relationships built on high quality service and trust, and have the
chance to increase business for this employer.

This is an outside sales position with base salary plus commission along with a company provided Ford F-150, company paid GAS, insurance, and maintenance, phone allowance and excellent benefits. (Ford F-150 can also be driven outside of normal work hours for personal things evenings and weekends). You will be given a pre-established book of business to maintain while keeping current relationships going. You will receive company-provided, paid training, beginning the first day of employment.

 
Job Requirements

 

Responsibilities
 Achieve all targeted KPI's
 Utilize CRM to track sales within existing customer base
 Provide daily/weekly updates to Regional Manager regarding account activities and objectives
 Home to Field position - NO office to go to - visit established customers Monday-Friday, as long as
weather allows
 Maintain adequate inventory, stock, samples and product literature in your company vehicle
 Communicate clearly with the Sales Team, including Inside Sales Reps and distribution regarding all
demonstration logistics
 Complete all scheduled job site visits effectively and safely

Requirements
 Bachelor's Degree
 Minimum of 1-2 years sales experience and Maximum of 8 years in sales
 Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
 Must possess a valid driver's license, as well as clean driving record
 Must be able to operate a branded company vehicle
 Ability to prioritize work assignments, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with a high degree
of quality and accuracy
 Explain all products and services effectively
 Strong people skills and ability to maintain lasting business relationships
 Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
 Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office
 Willingness to travel to meet with established customers Monday-Friday (weather permitting) -
Territory is primarily the Greater Seattle area, and within a few hours of Seattle. Travel is using
the Ford F-150, and GAS is covered, as well as vehicle insurance and any maintenance needed
 Positive attitude, good judgment, a strong sense of responsibility and ownership -- a true team player
who is highly self-motivated

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Package into the $70,000+ area
