Senior HRIS Manager
Location: Philadelphia, PA OR Raleigh, NC
 
POSITION SUMMARY - The Senior HRIS Manager engages HR, IT and Corporate Management and Stakeholders in technology planning, strategy and objectives to support and enable the attraction, engagement, development and retention of the best people resources to achieve Our Client's business objectives, goals and strategies.  Identifies, implements and supports technologies for Our Client Human Resources while ensuring compliance, best practices, security and privacy of HR data, and minimum risk for real-time, critical systems. Current technologies center on Workday as the single source for data on Our Clients people resources, and the Cornerstone Learning Management System. 
 
This position serves as the HRIS/LMS partner to HR and IT and works with and between the two to provide valued expert HRIS strategic consulting support and guidance through key business (for example, acquisitions) and technology initiatives (for example, SAP).  Communicates decisions, plans and priorities to appropriate levels of staff regarding Corporate HRIS business requests and projects and initiatives. Proactively shares knowledge of HRIS/LMS technology risks and opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of HR.  They are a key member of the Our Client HR team, and reports directly to the Vice President – Total Rewards.  This role has 3 – 4 direct reports and could be based in either Philadelphia, PA or Raleigh, NC, working a hybrid work schedule.
 
 

 
Job Requirements

 

REQUIRED:
 
  • Four-year college degree, preferably in Information Systems, HR or business-related field.  MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of in an HRIS/HR technology role with five years utilizing WORKDAY
  • 5+ years of management experience.
  • CORNERSTONE – LMS experience preferred.
  • Strong project management experience.
