This is a 3-month contract to begin with - looking to extend 6 months to a year.
Must be US Citizen or Green card Holder.  Hybrid 3 days in the office with 2 days working remote.

Responsibilities:
  • Platform Engineering – Architecture & Design, Deployment and Post-Implementation Support.
  • Platform Support – Lifecycle Management, Level 3 Support, Adoption, Change Management, Incident and Problem management, Vendor management, Resiliency. Monitoring and managing Team service performance based on service level agreements (SLA) for Service requests, Incidents, Problems and Change tickets.
    • Audits & Regulatory Compliance – Identify & remediate gaps, Service readiness reviews.
    • Implement Operational Readiness – Implement new services following Client standards and processes.
    • Deliver targeted business outcomes by participating in the technical decision-making process.
    • Analyze changing business requirements to determine impact and optimal solution regarding defining the future state technical architecture.
    • Establish principles and models that guide technology decisions for the enterprise (best practices)
    • Ensure adherence to the governance, standards and best practices established by Client
    • Ensure delivered solutions enable infrastructure agility, scalability, and resilience to support required product needs throughout product lifecycle.
    • Product Technical SME supporting Application Development and increased awareness of the platforms.

 

 
Job Requirements

 

Knowledge and Skills Required:
  • Experience with Collibra SaaS and Collibra Edge
  • Experience integrating Collibra with other platforms
  • Experience and good knowledge of Data Management and Governance Concepts.
  • Experience with Data Lineage Platforms.
  • Ideal candidate will be a strong technologist. Good technical leader and an architectural team player.
  • Experience working in an agile environment and distributed development teams is a distinct advantage.
  • Experience of dealing with Key Stakeholders, ideally in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Experience of 3rd line support role, methodical and quick when problem solving and willingness to perform Level 3 support role as well.
  • Strong communication and team working skills.
  • Experience developing and implementing automation.
 
Preferred Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Data Governance projects & 3rd party software implementation.
  • Experience in the Financial Services Industry preferred.
  • Education, Training &/or Certification: Bachelor's Degree.
