Key Responsibilities
Analyze and forecast manufacturing costs, variances, and gross margins using standard cost methods.
Prepare and present financial reports that drive business decisions.
Track and forecast manufacturing and R&D spend using key business drivers.
Automate reporting and streamline financial processes in Oracle.
Support monthly revenue close and assist with ad hoc analysis and special projects.
Collaborate with operations, engineering, and corporate finance teams to explain cost trends.
Job Requirements
What You Bring
Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; 5+ years of related experience.
Strong Excel skills and experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems.
Solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP and standard cost accounting.
Background in semiconductor or manufacturing preferred.
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on-site in a collaborative team environment.
Compensation: Depending on experience $96,000 - $144,500 plus excellent benefits
