As a Technical Recruiter at Premier, you will play a pivotal role in connecting top-tier talent with leading organizations in the staffing industry, specifically in automotive manufacturing. This position requires a deep understanding of various technical roles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for identifying and attracting the best candidates to meet our clients' needs.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
Meet weekly quotas related to screens, submittals, and interviews
Conduct full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting offers to candidates
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs
Utilize various recruitment methods, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract top talent
Collaborate with hiring managers to create accurate and compelling job descriptions
Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure technical skills match job requirements
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably within a staffing agency setting.
Experience with MSP accounts and vendor management systems is required.
Strong understanding of industry-specific hiring challenges and trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools, experience with SmartSearch is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
