Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

As a Technical Recruiter at Premier, you will play a pivotal role in connecting top-tier talent with leading organizations in the staffing industry, specifically in automotive manufacturing. This position requires a deep understanding of various technical roles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for identifying and attracting the best candidates to meet our clients' needs.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
  • Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
  • Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
  • Meet weekly quotas related to screens, submittals, and interviews
  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting offers to candidates
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs
  • Utilize various recruitment methods, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract top talent
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create accurate and compelling job descriptions
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure technical skills match job requirements

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably within a staffing agency setting.
  • Experience with MSP accounts and vendor management systems is required.
  • Strong understanding of industry-specific hiring challenges and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools, experience with SmartSearch is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to work from home via video, phone and email and present a professional appearance and demeanor.
