We are currently seeking Maintenance Supervisors for our manufacturing plant located in Marion, AR directly reporting to Maintenance Manager. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for all maintenance activities on their shift. This position is responsible for ensuring a safe work environment for employees, and all aspects of the work environment as well as compliance with both Safety and Work Standards.
Key Responsibilities
Provide overall guidance in developing, maintaining, and upgrading process hardware and software.
Manage implementation of changes and new systems as required.
Develop and manage development of systems that monitor and assure that automated, PLC controlled systems provide product accuracy.
Work closely with the Plant Engineers with data acquisition and system calibration to maintain a high level of process control.
Identify, evaluate, manage and implement projects to improve operations in such areas as quality, safety, costs and plant efficiencies and capacities.
Manage the Predictive & Preventative Maintenance Program to assure the program provides a safe, compliant and reliable operation.
Assist in and provide technical resource for Regulatory Compliance programs, including in-house audits and Agency Inspections
Work with the Production Manager to help estimate production downtime times and repairs
Assist the plant in developing and maintaining their OEE programs.
Analyze technical data for opportunities and potential corrective action to make accurate and timely decisions regarding repairs to plant equipment.
Ensure that assigned personnel work safely, meet productivity and quality of work standards and that all required documentation is completed in a timely manner.
Other Duties as assigned or requested.

Organizational capability to work all levels and communicate well and influence operators, mechanics, peers, and leadership.
Possess troubleshooting skills/techniques
Provide leadership ideas for maintenance improvement programs and asset productivity best practices across the area with the use of operational discipline process.
Provide leadership with site and/or network preventative maintenance improvement programs and methodologies.
Education & Experience Requirements
High School Diploma/GED equivalent. Trade school, Associate's degree or higher preferred.
Minimum of 3 - 5 years of operations work experience in a manufacturing environment.
Working knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC, Fanuc Robots and CNC Controls
Skills Required:
Strong leadership skills. Supervisory experience preferred.
Good organizational, planning, problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work 10-12-hour shifts.
Demonstrated troubleshooting skills.
Demonstrated knowledge of work management processes including planning and scheduling.
Experience with Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
