Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources department. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in aligning our workforce with our organizational goals, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a positive workplace culture. You will manage and develop policies and procedures to support the company's objectives, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations while developing a high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic HR Management:
    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the business objectives.
    • Collaborate with senior management to forecast HR needs based on business growth plans and operational needs.
    • Analyze business trends and strategic initiatives to provide insights for effective HR planning.
  2. Talent Acquisition:
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring.
    • Build strong relationships with recruitment agencies and establish a talent pipeline for key positions.
    • Enhance employer branding efforts to attract top talent and promote the company culture.
  3. Onboarding and Training:
    • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
    • Develop orientation programs and training modules that enhance employee performance and knowledge.
    • Identify training needs and develop training plans to cultivate employee skills and leadership potential.
  4. Performance Management:
    • Implement and manage performance review processes that foster employee development and accountability.
    • Work with managers to establish performance metrics, set objectives, and conduct performance evaluations.
    • Address performance issues and develop improvement plans in collaboration with department leaders.
  5. Employee Relations:
    • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, mediating discussions and resolving conflicts as needed.
    • Foster a positive work environment that encourages communication, collaboration, and employee engagement.
    • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and improve retention strategies.
  6. Compensation and Benefits:
    • Oversee the administration of compensation, benefits, and payroll processes to ensure accuracy and competitiveness in the market.
    • Evaluate and enhance employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness initiatives.
    • Conduct market research to benchmark compensation practices and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
  7. Compliance and Policy Development:
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and internal policies and procedures.
    • Develop, implement, and update HR policies that reflect current labor laws and enhance workplace culture.
    • Conduct regular audits of HR practices to ensure adherence to policies and continuous improvement.
  8. HR Analytics and Reporting:
    • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to track key performance indicators and inform decision-making.
    • Prepare and present reports to management on trends related to recruitment, retention, employee satisfaction, and compliance.
    • Make data-driven recommendations for HR process improvements based on analyses.
  9. Workplace Culture and Engagement:
    • Drive initiatives that promote employee engagement and morale within the organization.
    • Design and implement programs that support diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
    • Organize team-building activities and recognition programs to celebrate employee contributions and achievements.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 Years experience in a human resources management role, with a comprehensive understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and performance management.
  • Strong understanding of HR software systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
