Job Description

Responsibilities:
  1. Reception Management:
    • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
    • Manage incoming calls, redirecting them appropriately or taking messages as needed.
    • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  2. Expense Report Processing:
    • Collect and organize expense reports from executives.
    • Ensure timely and accurate processing of expense reports using [specific software or system].
    • Liaise with finance department to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  3. Office Administration:
    • Oversee general office activities and operations, including supplies procurement, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
    • Manage office budgets and expenses.
    • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
  4. Executive Support:
    • Provide administrative support to a few executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.
    • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by executives.
  5. Team Coordination:
    • Act as a central point of contact for all office-related inquiries and requests.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative office culture by organizing team events and activities.

Job Requirements

Skills, Requirements, and Personal Traits:
  •  HS Diploma - Associates Degree preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting office functions at a leadership capacity
  • Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment strongly preferred
  • Drive WCM (World Class Manufacturing) Vision & Culture
  •  Experience dealing with both Suppliers & Customers and a Management/Director level
  • Adherence of AMTB's Core Values
  •  Ensure QMS conforms to the requirements identified in IATF 16949 and AMTB Process Map
  •  Fulfill all responsibilities as identified in the Employee Handbook
