Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Reception Management:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls, redirecting them appropriately or taking messages as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Expense Report Processing:
- Collect and organize expense reports from executives.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of expense reports using [specific software or system].
- Liaise with finance department to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Office Administration:
- Oversee general office activities and operations, including supplies procurement, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
- Manage office budgets and expenses.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
- Executive Support:
- Provide administrative support to a few executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by executives.
- Team Coordination:
- Act as a central point of contact for all office-related inquiries and requests.
- Foster a positive and collaborative office culture by organizing team events and activities.
Job Requirements
Skills, Requirements, and Personal Traits:
- HS Diploma - Associates Degree preferred
- At least 3 years of experience supporting office functions at a leadership capacity
- Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment strongly preferred
- Drive WCM (World Class Manufacturing) Vision & Culture
- Experience dealing with both Suppliers & Customers and a Management/Director level
- Adherence of AMTB's Core Values
- Ensure QMS conforms to the requirements identified in IATF 16949 and AMTB Process Map
- Fulfill all responsibilities as identified in the Employee Handbook
