Develop Rivian's strategy around all End User Computing Services including, Desktop/Laptop device(s) lifecycle management, image management, patch management, printer management, software deployment, software lifecycle management.
Develop improved processes for End User Onboarding (VIA enhanced Imaging/scripting etc.).
Develop End User training programs.
Ensures patches/software updates are thoroughly tested before deployment
Manage and maintain positive working relationships with vendors.
Provide 3rd level support for end user equipment.
Document new processes/procedures and training L1 staff to carry out those tasks.
Work with Computing Services/Network/Security/Service Desk Manager to deliver best-in-class IT to the Rivian workforce. - Works with Rivian Construction teams to design state of the art IT solutions for our client's facilities.
Manages communications with diverse set of stakeholders effectively
Job Requirements
This is what you'll need:
7+ Years of relevant experience, 2+ of managing or leading an end-user computing team.
Experience in building and leading teams
Demonstrated experience with tools such as, SCCM, Dell KACE, MDT, or other system management tools.
Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow is a Plus
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to build strong positive relationships
Strong Customer Service mindset
Windows 10/11
Experience implementing new technology and management tools
Top Important Skills/Responsibilities:
5-8 years experience in INTUNE
5-8 years experience configuring Windows Auto-Pilot
5-8 years group policy management experience in INTUNE
