Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our compensation and benefits programs. This role will focus on managing ongoing HR activities, resolving employee issues, and ensuring our benefits and compensation offerings remain competitive and compliant.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-Day HR and Benefits Support:
     Manage daily HR activities, including addressing employee concerns related to compensation, payroll, 401(k), health insurance, and other benefits.
  • Issue Resolution:
     Act promptly to resolve urgent HR issues, such as payroll discrepancies, compensation errors, or benefits-related concerns. Address problems with 401(k), health insurance, and employee pay, ensuring timely solutions.
  • Compensation & Benefits Strategy:
     Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with the company's financial and talent strategy.
  • Policy Compliance and Administration:
     Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations while maintaining accurate and efficient payroll and benefits administration.
  • Vendor and Budget Management:
     Oversee benefits providers and compensation vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality service delivery.
  • Employee Communication and Education:
     Keep employees informed about their compensation, benefits, and payroll schedules, resolving issues before they impact employees' paychecks.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of compensation and benefits experience, with expertise in HR, payroll, and employee benefits.
  • Strong problem-solving and issue resolution skills, especially in high-pressure situations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration systems.
