This position will provide overall leadership for project performance, contract negotiations, client relations, budget, schedule, and trade partner management. The Project Executive will also lead and maintain compliance with corporate safety and quality standards and will serve as the direct point of contact for clients.
Essential Job Duties:
oProject Acquisition oUsing industry contacts to generate leads
oParticipate in RFP process oParticipate in Contract negotiations as needed oPre-Construction / Project Start-up oWork with Pre-Con team to develop budgets and schedules oAssemble project Team oLead Turnover Meeting between Pre-Con and Project Team.
oProject Operations oThoroughly understand contract and ensure project team understands and is compliant oVisit project site regularly to monitor performance oMonitor and evaluate performance of project team oFull understanding of Accounts Receivable, Financial Forecasting and P&L for project oAssist project staff with Baseline Schedule development oAssist project team Lean/Last Planner processes oChampion project safety program and performance oClient Management oAttend owner and project meetings, maintain continuous client communication

oBachelor's Degree - Construction Management or Engineering with a minimum of 15+ years of GC experience. oMedium to large project experience ($20M+) is required oMust share our Core Values: Safety, Integrity, Passion, and Commitment. oStrong problem solving and analytical skills, including the judgment to know when to escalate issues up the chain of command oStrong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented, and the ability to multi- task oStrong working knowledge of contract terms and legal provisions that impact project profitability oExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with senior management and clients oA proven track record of motivating project team to exceed project goals oEffective negotiation and contract management skills to represent the company with the Owner oSelf-Motivated, and self-confident oAbility to develop client relationships to gain future work oAbility to recruit and build a project team.
