Job Description

Job Title: Phone Sales Representative

The Phone Sales Representative will play a crucial role in our rapidly growing online information product business. This individual will primarily contact potential customers following our webinars, focusing on those who have shown interest in our products or have experienced payment issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Drive product sales by engaging directly with warm potential customers via phone.
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products. We will supply warm leads and contact information. No cold calling.
  • Provide information about products, answer questions, and address customer concerns. Stay informed about the products/services being sold to effectively communicate benefits and features.
  • Follow up with individuals who have experienced payment issues or declines to offer assistance and provide a payment solution.
  • Invitation phone calls to attend an upcoming masterclass, workshop, etc.
  • Maintain details in our database of customer interactions and sales.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas. Work towards achieving or exceeding monthly sales quotas, tracked through KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to close sales. Build rapport with customers, listen to their needs, and provide tailored solutions. Regularly check in with leads who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase, providing additional information or incentives.
  • Provide valuable feedback to the team about customer needs and potential improvements to our sales processes.
  • Send a weekly report to the management team.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a phone sales roll, preferably in the online products/services sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be a natural, genuine personality & can quickly relate with people.
  • Honesty, integrity & openness are all essential traits.
  • The ability to let people speak without interrupting and lead them to make their own decision to join us.
  • Always punctual to set appointments.
  • Always upbeat, polite & positive
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback in our CRM system.

Working Conditions:

  • Typically, a full-time position may require evening or weekend hours. Working hours will be in alignment with member time zone requirements, including Australia, USA & UK time zones.
  • Based in your home location.
  • Collaboration with other team members and customer service departments may be necessary.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: 
    1. Base annual income USD$40,000
  • Commission Structure: 
    1. SIS Sales – 10% of sale price
    2. People that register for a SIS sales webinar but do not purchase.
    3. Payment declines (any program) – 10% of sale price
    4. Initial payment attempt card declines and alternate payment arrangements.
    5. CFO Sales (upsell & down sell) – 10% of sale price = $480
    6. People that attended the webinar but didn't purchase.
    7. Mastery Sales – 10% of sale price = $1000
    8. People that attended the masterclass/workshop or webinar but didn't purchase.
  • Bonus Structure: 
    1. Hit quarterly target USD$250,000
      • Hit 250 = $2.5k
      • Hit 300 = $5k
      • Hit 400 = $7500
