This individual will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT and engineering talent to meet the dynamic needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in MSP staffing, strong relationship-building skills, and a proactive approach to recruiting in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for IT and engineering roles, including software engineers, network administrators, DevOps specialists, and other technical positions.
Leverage advanced recruiting tools, job boards, social media platforms, and networking to attract top-tier candidates.
MSP Partnership Management:
Collaborate with MSPs to understand client staffing needs and fulfill requisitions effectively within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Ensure adherence to MSP processes, documentation, and reporting requirements.
Candidate Engagement:
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline of active and passive candidates.
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career goals.
Client Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and MSP program representatives.
Provide regular updates and reporting on candidate pipelines, recruiting metrics, and requisition status.
Process Optimization:
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in IT and engineering recruitment.
Continuously refine recruiting strategies to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and increase placement success rates.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of recruiting experience in IT/engineering fields, with a strong emphasis on MSP staffing.
Demonstrated success in fulfilling high-volume and niche technical requisitions under tight deadlines.
Skills & Knowledge:
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), MSP Vendor Management Systems (VMS), and recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing platforms.
Deep understanding of IT/engineering roles, technical skills, and industry trends.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Attributes:

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with global MSPs or RPOs.
