Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Engineering Recruiter with expertise in Managed Service Provider (MSP) recruitment to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. This role will focus on sourcing, recruiting, and placing top-tier automotive engineering talent for our clients within the automotive sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of the automotive industry, engineering roles, and a proven track record in managing high-volume recruitment processes within an MSP framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy & Execution:
    Develop and execute recruitment strategies to source and attract high-quality automotive engineering candidates, including engineers, designers, and specialists across various engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, software, etc.).
  • MSP Management:
    Leverage MSP experience to effectively manage client relationships and recruitment processes. Act as the main point of contact between the client and candidates, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery in line with MSP guidelines.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Screening:
    Use various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach to identify top talent. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess technical competencies, cultural fit, and qualifications.
  • Client Collaboration:
    Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs, company culture, and specific role requirements. Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and progress.
  • Talent Pool Development:
    Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for current and future roles, keeping candidates engaged and informed about relevant opportunities in the automotive engineering space.
  • Compliance & Reporting:
    Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Provide regular reports to clients on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics.
  • Offer Management & Negotiation:
    Oversee the offer process, working closely with both candidates and clients to ensure successful negotiations and closure of job offers.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of recruitment experience, specifically in automotive engineering roles.
    • At least 2 years of experience in recruiting within an MSP environment, ideally supporting large-scale clients or projects.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    • Strong understanding of the automotive engineering sector, including key technologies, skill sets, and role requirements across different engineering disciplines.
  • Recruitment Tools & Systems:
    • Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS), MSP platforms, and other recruitment tools.
    • Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, etc.).
  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively with candidates and clients.
  • Organizational Skills:
    • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving:
    • Ability to identify challenges and implement creative solutions to overcome recruitment obstacles, especially in a high-demand industry.


Job Requirements

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience working in a recruitment agency or within a corporate HR function with a focus on engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive industry trends and the latest engineering technologies.
  • Ability to work with senior-level stakeholders and manage complex client relationships.
