Summary: A highly skilled and versatile developer with expertise in Shopify and ShipStation integrations, proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and Python. This individual has a strong technical background in e-commerce and shipping logistics solutions, combined with excellent communication and presentation skills. They are adept at collaborating with customers, ensuring seamless production integrations, and providing hands-on support to enhance user experience. Expertise in assessing customer's needs, including optimized checkouts and flow of critical attribute information to downstream warehouse solutions.

Key Skills & Experience:

· Shopify Development & Integration:

· Custom Shopify app development and API integrations.

· Experience with Shopify's Carrier Service API, Order Management, and Checkout Extensibility.

· ShipStation Integration:

· Implementing and maintaining ShipStation APIs for seamless order fulfillment.

· Troubleshooting and optimizing shipping workflows.

· Understands “rule” based capabilities within ShipStation to help setup integrations between different front-end solutions.

· Programming and Technical Proficiency:

· JavaScript & HTML – Frontend customization and user interface enhancements. Experience using React and other frameworks preferable.

· Python/Go – Backend development, API development, and system automation.

· SDL – Proficient working in an agile environment with CI/CD experience

· Customer-Facing & Support Responsibilities:

· Ability to present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

· Provide hands-on support for production integrations and resolve customer issues efficiently.

· Work closely with clients to ensure their business needs are met with robust and scalable solutions.

· Build out test scripts and tools to assist operations and potentially sales with capabilities that eventually offload certain aspects of these integrations from the technical team.
