 Licensed Mental Health Professional - Correctional Facility 

 Location: Union Springs, AL
  Position Type: Full-Time- 13 Week Contract- Temp-to-Perm 
  Setting: Correctional Facility

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
• Perform psychosocial assessments and mental health evaluations
• Provide risk assessment, crisis intervention, and de-escalation
• Consult with clinical teams and correctional staff on behavioral health issues
• Support care coordination for individuals re-entering the community
• Maintain patient treatment plans and documentation
• Participate in team meetings, training programs, and special projects
• Follow standard precautions and safety protocols
