Key Responsibilities
· Oversee and manage HR systems, processes, and compliance to support daily operations.
· Conduct employee investigations and provide guidance on sensitive employee relations matters.
· Lead and support a team of three HR professionals, providing mentorship, direction, and day-to-day assistance.
· Collaborate on and assist with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely execution in coordination with payroll partners or finance.
· Drive initiatives related to performance management, employee engagement, and policy implementation.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and ensure company compliance across all HR practices.
· Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance HR efficiency and employee experience.
· Advise leadership on people strategy and organizational development.
Qualifications
· 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management or director-level role.
· Strong knowledge of HR operations, systems, and employment law.
· Experience conducting employee investigations and handling complex ER issues.
· Working knowledge of payroll processes and systems.
· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities within a part-time schedule.
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's or HR certification is a plus).
