Administer, configure, and maintain Jira and Confluence environments, including project setups, space configurations, and permission schemes.
Manage user accounts, groups, and roles, ensuring proper access and security.
Support the setup and maintenance of custom fields, issue types, workflows, and permissions in Jira.
Configure Confluence spaces, templates, and permissions to optimize knowledge sharing across the organization.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Jira and Confluence users, addressing issues such as permissions, workflows, and system performance.
Resolve technical issues related to Jira and Confluence integrations, including third-party add-ons.
Assist with integrating Jira and Confluence with other systems (e.g., GitHub, Slack, CI/CD tools) to ensure seamless workflows.Perform routine system checks and monitoring to ensure uptime and optimal performance.
Collaborate with the broader IT team to ensure integration between Atlassian tools and other enterprise systems.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience administering and configuring Jira and Confluence in a professional environment.
Proficiency in Jira administration, including custom fields, workflows, screens, and permissions.
Knowledge of Confluence configuration, including templates, macros, spaces, and permissions.
Atlassian Certified Jira Software Administrator or Atlassian Certified Confluence Administrator is a plus, but not required.
