The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading and improving maintenance operations within a manufacturing environment. The position ensures the effective use of personnel, materials, and equipment while supporting operational goals in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Lead and support all workplace safety initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions (both immediate and long-term).
- Develop, implement, and oversee preventive and planned maintenance programs.
- Supervise maintenance activities and related construction or facility projects.
- Maintain maintenance schedules to meet production and quality requirements.
- Train, coach, develop, and evaluate maintenance personnel.
- Ensure compliance with labor agreements and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and operational issues.
- Complete projects within budget, manpower, and timeline constraints.
- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
