Provide support to supervisor in the area of planning, implementation, executing and administration most or all of the following human resource functions: hourly employment, benefits, employee relations, equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, and employee analytics. Works on assignments that are moderately complex in nature where judgment is required in resolving problems and making routine recommendations. Normally receives no instruction on routine work, general instructions on new assignments.
