The group you'll be a part of

The Customer Support Business Group focuses on enabling our customers with premier customer support throughout their

lifecycle. We drive performance, productivity, safety, and quality of customers installed base performance and

deliver service and lifecycle solutions for their most critical equipment and processes.


The impact you'll make

Delivers training to both internal and external customers on highly technical and sophisticated products. Training is

designed for maintenance engineers that are responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging

complex electro-mechanical equipment. Effective training of customers and engineers directly contributes to

increased equipment availability and improved performance across semiconductor manufacturing operations.


What you'll do:

+ As an instructor, you will conduct training courses for customers and/or employees at using complex situations for multiple products.

+ Training and qualifications for all instructors will take place in Fremont, CA or Tualatin, OR, depending on the products you will support. This training may require extended stays in the assigned location. We will offer full relocation

assistance if needed.


Utilize performance-based equipment training standards (PBET) with the following training methods:

"Hands-on using capital equipment systems

© Classroom lectures

© Online classes

©. Utilizing mix-media training strategies

+ Collaborate with engineering, technical support and manufacturing to ensure that course material reflects current product features

+ Validation of applicability of course material with course development team

+ Prepare lesson plans from released engineering and field service documents

+ Must be open to travel up to 30% after the first year




Job Requirements

Who we're looking for:

5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 3 years' experience and a Master's degree or "equivalent experience

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively

Clear, confident communication skills-both written and verbal

"Customer-focused mindset with strong service and support skills

Effective presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
