NOW HIRING - SWD OPERATORS (SALTWATER DISPOSAL) - MIDLAND, TX

We are currently hiring experienced SWD Operators to support saltwater disposal operations in Midland, TX.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate injection pumps and monitor well pressures
• Manage disposal volumes and injection rates
• Ensure system integrity and regulatory compliance
• Inspect tanks, pipelines, and disposal systems
• Record daily operational data and volumes
• Respond to alarms and system issues
• Maintain site safety and environmental standards

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2-5+ years SWD or water handling experience
• Knowledge of injection wells and regulatory limits
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently in field environments
• Strong safety awareness preferred
