Premier Staffing Solutions is hiring Dispatchers and Yard Coordinators for a large transportation and distribution operation in Louisville, KY.
If you have experience in dispatching, logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, customer service, trucking, fleet coordination, gate operations, or administrative support, we want to hear from you.

$19.00 Per Hour

JOB DUTIES
- Dispatch drivers and coordinate daily yard movements
- Communicate with drivers, carriers, warehouse teams, and customers
- Monitor trailer locations and transportation activity
- Process inbound and outbound drivers
- Verify paperwork, Bills of Lading, trailer numbers, and shipping documents
- Enter information into company computer systems
- Troubleshoot scheduling, paperwork, and transportation issues
- Maintain transportation records and reports
- Perform trailer lot checks and yard audits
- Support daily transportation and logistics operations
QUALIFICATIONS
- Dispatch, logistics, transportation, warehouse, shipping & receiving, customer service, or office experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work any shift, including weekends
