About the Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Designer to join our growing team in Chicago. This position will play a key role in developing prototype designs for some of the hospitality industry's most recognized brands, including Hyatt, Wyndham, Holiday Inn, and Hilton. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute prototype designs for hospitality and commercial projects.
Collaborate closely with ownership, brand representatives, and internal teams to ensure design standards and project objectives are met.
Create design concepts, drawings, specifications, and supporting documentation.
Participate in project meetings and presentations with clients and stakeholders.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support project timelines and deliverables.
Incorporate brand standards and client requirements into design solutions.
Assist with prototype development and refinement for national hospitality brands.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
2-4 years of professional design experience, preferably within hospitality, commercial interiors, architecture, or prototype design.
Experience working with established brand standards and prototype-driven projects.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, brand representatives, and company leadership.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in relevant design software and industry-standard tools.
