The Process Technician supports manufacturing operations by applying scientific and technical principles to improve production processes and ensure product quality. This role assists with designing and planning manufacturing processes, including material preparation and processing methods such as hardening, washing, laminating, etching, engraving, polishing, plating, and other production operations. The Process Technician helps establish production sequences, follows established procedures, and performs testing and measurements throughout the manufacturing process to monitor variables such as temperature, pressure, density, viscosity, and specific gravity. This position plays an important role in maintaining efficient, safe, and consistent manufacturing operations.

Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree preferred.
0 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or process-related environment.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, terminology, and standard operating procedures.
Ability to follow established procedures and work instructions with accuracy and attention to detail.
Identifies routine process issues and recommends practical solutions to improve efficiency.
Escalates non-routine or complex issues to appropriate team members.
Ability to perform testing, inspections, and measurements throughout the production process.
Comfortable working under close supervision while developing technical skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to complete work within established timeframes.
Maintains confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the role.
