Job Description

?         Define and develop the courseware for our automotive technical curriculum
?         Conduct technical training development needs analysis and solution planning meetings
?         Provide media selections and alternative training plans based on course criteria
?         Interact with engineers, instructors and other subject matter experts to ensure course accuracy and efficacy of activities
?         Perform research, including disassembly of actual components/vehicles to gain product knowledge
?         Follow specifications and style guide to ensure consistency and quality
?         Manage the development process timeline from start of work to handoff 
?         Manage the development of multiple courses at the same time
?         Deliver trainer-the-trainer sessions
?         Monitor and regularly update existing content to align with industry and technology changes

Job Requirements

?         Extensive knowledge of automotive components and systems
?         Ability to physically perform automotive service activities
?         Strong communication skills ? written and verbal
?         Ability to interact effectively with various personality types
?         Ability to complete tasks with minimal direction, including self-guided study, to stay current with technology
?         Familiarity and ease with office automation programs (Power Point, Excel, Word, etc.)
?         Must have excellent time management and organizational skills
?         High level of attention to details
?         A degree is preferred but if you've got good experience, we'll take that, too
?         Experience with Articulate Storyline, Rise 360 and Adobe Creative Suite (including In-Design) would be a bonus
